The RideCare companion is being discontinued as a result of Bosch’s strategic decision to adapt its product portfolio.

The service for RideCare companion has been discontinued since May 15th, 2024.

RideCare companion will not work once it is discontinued on May 15th, 2024. Users will not be able to access the driver portal once RideCare companion is discontinued.

Users don’t need to return the RideCare companion device even though it can’t be used any more after May 15th, 2024.

After May 15th, 2024, the service for RideCare companion will be discontinued. If needed, please download your videos before this date. After that date, you will not be able to access your account. All RideCare companion accounts will be deleted.

Bosch is not charging any subscription fees for the last 30 days of service. Therefore, no subscription charges will be refunded.

Yes, Gridwise will refund the hardware cost. Users can expect to have their refund processed in 3-4 weeks. Once processed, the refund will be posted to their bank account within 5-10 business days. Please note that refunds will not be issued for fees, taxes and subscription charges.
